Shipping and returns policy

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping will be usually conducted by the national post service. For specific cases and  with prior agreement, shippings can be made by a transport agency. Delivery times can vary depending on destination, with an average delivery time between 24 and 48 hours in Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla delivery time will be between 3 and 4 days. For the Europe and the rest of the world delivery time will be between 5 and 12 days.

Deliveries will be Monday to Friday. The national post service and transport agencies do not send or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and during national, regional, or local holidays.

The charge that applies in transportation will be that of the national post service at time of the shipping and it will depend on both the parcel weight and the delivery location. This charge will be notified at time of the purchase order so that the customer will know the exact shipping cost.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

The customer has seven 15 working days from the day of reception of the order to return us the product if he/she is not satisfied.

The product will only be accepted if it is sent in its original packing, and in perfect conditions. Once your return is received and verified, we will refund your original purchase by bank transfer for the price of the item(s) on 10th or 25th of the actual month.
